A detailed map of Minnesota showing its 2024 congressional and legislative districts, with an inset map of the Twin Cities metropolitan area, including county boundaries, highways, lakes, and major roads.

Districts will be drawn by a citizen board selected similarly to a jury, in that it is random but representative of the state as a whole.

The Minnesota Plan also includes mandatory retirement ages, an expansion and modernization of our PCR/Public campaign funding system, and extending the legislative session till the end of summer for odd years and till the beginning of summer for even years to accommodate elections.
