Reforms for the Judiciary

There will be as many judges on the Supreme Court as appeals districts, as set by Congress; currently, there are 13. All Supreme Court justices must be confirmed in the Senate by a 2/3rd majority. All current judges must be reconfirmed to the courts if they do not meet the above requirements. mandatory retirement age of 75. Restore national injunction power. The Supreme Court, not Congress, will adjudicate any 14th Amendment insurrection clause suits to block ballot access. Congress will be able to override with a 3/5th majority.
